Features
Eligible for: Individuals, Cyprus permanent residents, aged from 18 years old and up to 65 years old at the loan maturity
Purpose: For any consumer need
Amount:

Up to €10.000. If the loan will be secured with mortgage, the maximum amount can be increased to €150.000.
Duration: Up to 8 years. If the loan will be secured with mortgage, the maximum duration can be increased to 15 years.
Initial Bank fees: Arrangement and Documentation: 1% on the loan amount (with minimum amount €100). Discounts Apply.
Required Collaterals:
  • Assignment of life and/or property insurance.
  • Mortgage on Primary or Holiday Residence or on Property not intented for Primary or Holiday Residence and/or Personal Guarantees. 
  • Any other security that may be required by the Bank.
Interest Rates
