How can I access the new Internet Banking?

You can access AstroBank's new Online Banking through the website www.astrobank.com. Your login codes will remain the same as the ones you used to login to AstroBank Internet Banking (winbank) and you will enter them on the login screen. You must follow the instructions on your screen in order to successfully change your password. Your UserID will remain the same.

Are there any prerequisites to use the new Internet Banking?

You do not need to take any action, as with your first successful login to the new Internet Banking you will be able to use the service. The only prerequisite is that your first login is done through your browser and not through the Mobile Banking App of AstroBank.

Will Token devices remain active?

The security Token device that you used in AstroBank Internet Banking (winbank) will be abolised and you will not be able to use them for performing transactions in the new Internet Banking. Instead of the Token device, you will receive the one-time password on the mobile phone you have registered in AstroBank (subject you have the right to perfrom transactions). In the event that there is no registered mobile phone for Internet Banking purposes, you can contact AstroBank Call Center and proceed with registration.

Will my standing orders be transferred to the new Internet Banking?

Yes. Recurring or future orders that you had set through AstroBank Internet Banking (winbank) will be transferred to the new Internet Banking and will continue to be executed as normal. You will be able to see and manage them through the 'Standing Orders' screen.

Will transactions' performed through AstroBank Internet Banking (winbank) be accessible??

The transactions you have performed through AstroBank Internet Banking (winbank) will not be transferred. However, you will be able to see all the transactions performed with your accounts and download relevant transaction advices.

Will I be able to download Statements for my accounts?

Yes, you will be able to download your statements for your accounts.

Will I be able to see all my accounts?

Yes, you will be able to view all the accounts you hold in AstroBank with the same permissions you had set. If any of your accounts is not visible, please contact your Branch.

Will my account nicknames and saved transactions be transferred?

Yes. The account nicknames you had set to your accounts, as well as the information you had saved for specific transactions, will be transferred to the new Internet Banking.

Will I continue managing different parties with the same credentials?

Yes. As long as you have the right to manage a Third Party (Psysical Person or Legal Entity), you will continue have access managing it. Upon login to the new Internet Banking you will be able to select the Third party you wish to manage each time, or even select all parties at the same time.
