Features
Eligible for: Physical persons, Cyprus permanent residents, aged from 25 years old and up to 65 years old at the maturity of the facility.
Purpose: For the acquisition (purchase, construction or renovation) of Holiday residence.
Loan Amount:  Up to 70% of the value of the property for Holiday residence 
Duration: Up 20 years for Holiday Residence and up to 15 years for renovation
Initial Bank Fees: 0.50% on the loan amount. The initial bank fees are not applicable for housing loan balance transfers.
Required Collaterals:
  • First legal mortgage.
  • Assignment of life and property insurance.
  • Any other security that may be required by the Bank.
