  • Register on the Bank's Electronic Banking (Winbank) or regain your access after losing your password?
  • Obtain a Day2Day Debit Card or reissue a new one due to theft/loss of your existing card or after losing your PIN?

Through AstroBank’s Customer Service Call Center (24/7) and without necessarily visit your Branch. Submit your request over the phone right now and receive your Winbank access codes and/or your debit card along with its PIN by post, at your mailing address, or visit the Branch just to pick them up.  

All it takes is...

  • Being a Natural Person and existing Customer of the Retail Banking Network.
  • Being a subscriber or to subscribe to the "Winbank Phone Banking" channel (applies only to debit card issuance).

Terms and Conditions

  • The registration on Winbank as well as the debit card issuance are subject to the Basic Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Customer and AstroBank Public Company Limited (see here).
  • The reissuance of a Winbank password and the reissuance of a debit card are subject to a charge, based on the Bank's respective Tariff Guide from time to time (see here).
  • It will be on the discretion of the Bank to approve the customer's request or not, depending on the types of accounts he/she maintains and/or the customer’s status at the time.
