Base Interest Rates of the Bank

We would like to inform you that the Bank Base Rates of ASTROBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (the “Bank”) for Credit Facilities, and specifically the Bank’s Base Rate, the Bank’s Housing Base Rate and the Bank’s Business Base Rate (collectively referred to as the ”Base Interest Rates of the Bank” will decrease with effect from 01/09/2025 as follows:

Bank’s Base Rate	4,55%	4,30%
Bank’s Housing Base Rate	3,80%	3,30%
Bank’s Business Base Rate	3,80%	3,55%

 

It is noted that the decrease in the Base Interest Rates of the Bank has been determined on the basis of the respective methodologies distinctively posted for each of the Bank’s Base Rates found on the website https://www.astrobank.com/customer-information/. 

Furthermore, concerning the Base Rates that were previously determined by ex USB Bank Plc, which the methodology of changing the Base Interest Rate of the Bank’s applies, you are informed that, with effect as from 01/09/2025, they will decrease by 0,25% for the Bank’s Base Rate and 0,50% for the Bank’s Housing Base Rate.

The change in the Base Interest Rates of the Bank affects the credit facilities granted and their reference rate is any of the above Base Interest Rates.
